Hebei Quan’en High-tech Pipe Co., Ltd. is the first plant invested and constructed in China by Quan’en Group, located in High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone, Anci District, Langfang City, Hebei province, established in July 2012. It covers an area of 997 acres, with a total investment of $440 million. The chairman Wang Wenxiang is also the chairman of the largest plastic pipe manufacturer in North America, JM Eagle Group. The first phase construction of company covers an area of 509.34 acres, and builds 16 PE production lines, 13 PVC production lines, in a total of 29 production lines, and production capacity can be up to 220 thousand tons. The second phase construction of company covers an area of 487.66 acres. After fully completing the plant, the company plans to put 95 pipe production lines into production, which is expected to reach an annual output of 580 thousand tons.
Hebei Quan’en High-tech Pipe Co., Ltd. has the world's largest plastic pipe production capacity and the ability to produce 2.5 meters large diameter plastic pipe. It is the first domestic furniture has automatic container unloading device, automatic feeding system of PE\PVC vehicle and the electric discharge tube equipment manufacturer.

Main products of company: High performance hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-UH) pipes, high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe for water supply, buried high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe gas pipes, PE-ER type prefabricated insulation composite pipe, non pressure underground drainage drainage pipe (PVC-U). The utility model is suitable for municipal infrastructure construction, mining, gas heating, electric power communication and other fields, and has been successfully applied to the national key project of the South to North Water Diversion Project.
